1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timeframes

At Oxlion, we engineer expedition-grade satellite equipment and maintain strategic domestic and regional warehouse stock to guarantee prompt delivery worldwide.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment clearance (excluding federal holidays). Once your parcel is scanned into the logistics network, an automated dispatch notification with your real-time tracking number will be delivered to your registered email address.

3. Lithium Battery Safety & Air Cargo Compliance

The Oxlion MagPower Base contains high-grade 99Wh lithium-ion power cells. Every power unit is packaged in strict accordance with UN38.3 lithium transport testing and IATA Dangerous Goods Packing Instruction 965 Section II regulations:

• Fire-resistant reinforced inner protection and shock-absorbing molded EVA inserts.
• Terminal short-circuit isolation shields.
• Fully certified for legal civil passenger air transport (<100Wh TSA carry-on limit).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US domestic orders, all prices include state sales taxes calculated at checkout. For international orders outside the United States, applicable VAT, GST, or import tariffs are determined by the destination customs authority. Most accessories fall below standard de minimis thresholds; however, any customs clearance fees remain the recipient's responsibility unless specified at checkout.

5. Delivery Guarantees & Damaged Shipments

Every shipment is fully insured against loss or transit damage. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives with packaging damage, take clear photos and contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours. A replacement or priority resolution will be dispatched immediately.
